EVENT INFO

- LUMA lights on 5:00pm.

Entrances are through Park Street & Marine Parade to enter LUMA at the Queenstown Gardens

Entry will be by ticket only, no door sales, no pass outs

- LUMA lights off 10:00pm.

 

TICKETING INFO

Identification may be required for entry to check that names on tickets and Vaccine Passes match.

- Each person must have a ticket allocated in their own name. This is for contact tracing purposes and to align with uploading Vaccine Passes to the ticket. Identification may be required to validate the ticket and Vaccine Pass.

- Under 12 years old are FREE to enter with a 'Kids Pass - 12 & under' on the specified day and they must go through the gates with an adult

- Multi Pass Admission tickets can be used only by the person whose name is allocated on the ticket and are valid for all or any nights of the festival between 2nd - 6th June.

- Individual names on group tickets must be allocated at the time of purchase and the group must arrive at the LUMA gate at the same time to enter.

- Tickets are not transferable and there are no refunds if you change your mind.

 

A COVID-19 Action Plan will be in place, please follow all guideline, this will be communicated via email before you arrive. LUMA will be subject to run only with the use of the Vaccine Passes.

 

Photography & Videography at LUMA disclaimer:

Please note that photography and video footage will be taken throughout LUMA 2022. This material will be used by LUMA, event partners and direct stakeholders for marketing and publicity in print material, online, on social media or in any third party publication.
